This site relies upon features currently present only in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 . Therefore, although the informational pages can be viewed with most current browsers, access to medical records requires the use of Internet Explorer 6 and Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, or XP. Also, "cookies" must be enabled on your browser and the security setting should be set to "Medium" (This is the default setting and is accessed through the "Tools/Internet Options/Security" menu.). If you are using Windows XP, you must use an 'Administrator'account. For best results, use a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater, at least 256 colors, and "small" fonts (these are set in the Display Properties of your computer).
This software has been optimized for Windows XP. Several features may not be available using Microsoft Vista, and the overall appearance may be sub-optimal, due to inherent incompatiblities within Vista.
